These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by JSR ANESTHESIA INC. (the "Company"), 5845 Crescent Ridge Dr, Seven Hills, OH 44131, United States, at www.hetente.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational publication describing the Company's identity and the organizational scope of its physician-office practice roster. The Site is not, and must not be interpreted as:
Channel numbers (V-01 through V-51), ward labels, monitor graphics, and all Site content describe organizational classification only. They do not denote licensed services, available appointments, credentialing status, or clinical tiers.
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. The Site's medical-monitor visual language is a design motif; it does not reflect any clinical capability. The practice-roster descriptions follow industry classification conventions; where a description includes parenthetical limits (for example, "except mental health," "except dental," or "except oral, speech, voice"), those limits are read literally and control over any shorthand elsewhere on the Site. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JSR ANESTHESIA INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE SITE AND DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATELY EXECUTED AGREEMENT.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings about the Site. They do not modify any separately executed agreement between you and the Company.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted at www.hetente.shop/terms-of-service with the revision date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
